Mind Your Mind: Mental Health from a Prophetic Perspective
Healing hearts. Nurturing minds. Reviving the Prophetic model of care.
Join Dr. Rania Awaad this November for an inspiring journey across Australia – exploring how faith and psychology meet to bring balance, peace, and resilience to the modern Muslim soul.
About the Tour
In a time where anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm are everywhere, Mind Your Mind invites you to reconnect with the timeless guidance of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ — who embodied empathy, emotional intelligence, and mercy in every interaction.
Through this powerful tour, Dr. Rania Awaad will share practical, faith-based tools for mental wellness rooted in Qur’anic principles and Prophetic wisdom.
About the Theme: Mind Your Mind
The phrase “Mind Your Mind” is both a gentle reminder and a profound invitation : to care for, nurture, and protect the inner world that shapes every part of our being.
In Islam, the mind (‘aql) is not just a vessel of thought – it’s a sacred trust. It’s through our mind and heart that we come to know Allah, reflect upon His signs, and navigate the ups and downs of life. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ modelled a way of living that balanced the intellect, the heart, and the soul, offering a timeless guide to mental and emotional well-being.
Mind Your Mind: Mental Health from a Prophetic Perspective explores how this balance was embodied by the Prophet ﷺ and how his example can help us manage modern struggles like anxiety, burnout, loneliness, and self-doubt.
Through faith, reflection, and self-awareness, this tour calls us to return to the Prophetic way of emotional intelligence – one built on mercy, mindfulness, and meaning.

Why This Theme Matters Now
