With a short turnaround, White Flame managed to successfully organise tuition centre Chalkwall’s workshops to their senior students. This project was our baby, as we took charge of it all – designs, project management and the execution of the actual workshops themselves that ran across two weeks. We worked to transform the Chalkwall site’s landing page to increase attraction of the event, recruited staff and volunteers to assist the running of the workshops smoothly, created Google Ads and email campaigns, managed all follow-ups post event and more to gain a hype around Maths in a holiday break. Despite these workshops being open exclusively to Chalkwall’s students, White Flame executed the creativity we’re proud of to retain all current students that attended for their final year of school, as well as attract a huge bunch of expressions of interests and enrolments.
